I am an Estate Agent, like you maybe, and many of my fellow Estate Agents have asked of me: how do I close all my deals?
I believe that this comes both from loyalty and from the advice that I give to my clients, especially beforehand. I let my client take his time before making his decision, especially if he is a busy person. I have found that what works best is the Circle.
And what exactly is the Circle?
Hold an evening party, once every quarter for instance, to which you will invite your property owners as well as the people who are hesitant about an offer. The idea is to spend a friendly evening, discuss any problems with the people concerned, and invite a special guest (for instance, a local association, or a city project organizer) to give a speech.
This Circle will work marvelously with your business operators. Hold a party with the same format as for the Property Owner Circle, but this time with only your business operators; show presentations of your company, give out prizes, etc.
I have found this to be the best method to ensure that I have both a constant supply of assets to sell, and new potential purchasers. It is fast and easy to organize, and it gets instant results!
The contacts made are very valuable as your business operators are able to pass on their level of trust, so these prospects will be more open as to discussing their project and entrusting it exclusively to you.
