The owners of this long established business have spent the last 20 years making a name for themselves as having one of the finer restaurants in the area but have now decided that 20 years are enough and they plan to retire and to do some travelling.

The main restaurant dining room can seat 43 diners while there is additional seating for up to 40 persons on the rear patio. The main room has a well stocked bar. There is also large pantry and separate kitchen. On the street entrance, there is a verandah plus a small coffee shop that sells coffee and ice creams. A rear patio has, apart from the seating area, a garden area and a toilet block.

The restaurant is blessed with one of the best locations possible; on the main street in the tourist area. Although tourists make up a good portion of this business, the restaurant is also a popular eating place for the local people and many friends can regularly be found meeting on the rear patio and enjoying the splendid food and a refreshing drink. Currently specializing in Sri Lankan food, local and other international dishes are also a popular menu item and, of course, the restaurant and decor could easily be converted to any particular restaurant type or theme. The current owners choose to only open from 10am to 3pm and from 6pm to 10 pm  Monday to Saturday so there is extra business to be captured catering for breakfast eaters and the Sunday lunch and evening diners.

The owners of the building are willing to offer a long term lease (5, 10 or 15 years) at a favourable rate and this would be confirmed before any transaction would take place. The business comes with all furniture, appliances, equipment and stock and is available for an immediate take-over, if desired. Most of the staff have been employed for many years and are very competent and experienced.
