I did the HUGE mistake of my life, i learned from my mistake, i bought a house in 2007 it went to foreclosure my questions in after 4 years i received a letter from the association of this complex they are saying that i have to pay the past due assessment fees which now are 4,297..... i have to pay this amount even though the i lost the house?????

IN 20O6 MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SENT A LOAN PROPOSAL BY MAIL. IT LOOKED LIKE A VERY GOOD DEAL. WE SENT IN ALL OF THE PROPER PAPER WORK AND WE WERE ACCEPTED.
