Bought the house based on ONLY MY info for finanacing- and only my name on the mortgage (mortgage/ financing is in my name ONLY!) but both our names are on the deed. I went to stay at my sisters (same city) to begin our breaking-up process (relationship over) and he is NOT paying the mortgage! My credit is getting ruined! What can I do?!?!?! I need it out of MY name! OR- him out of the house and I take it back over. I just wish I could sell it- but he refuses to "let" me sell it- since he's on the deed also! I am at my wits end! It's also a pain that he wont let me back into the house (my names still on the deed!) to get my personal things- and has changed all the locks! What can I do!!!!!!
