My husband and I are trying to purchase a mobile home. My in-laws are giving us some land. Unfortunately, we have recently learned that by some error or mistake the warranty deed with vendor's lien was not placed of record at the time of purchase or when the deed of trust was placed of record. The previous (deceased) owners executed a release of deed of trust to my in-laws giving a full release of all indebtedness of the deed of trust the release of lien is filed with real property records, tarrant county,tx. My in-laws have an affidavit that was notarized and filed with the county clerks office. Our issue is that we are needing a Warranty Deed in order to put the mobile home on the land. How do we do this? The prev. owners are deceased and we know of no relatives?
