hi i bought 42 acre farm w/home and i decided to borrow money against part of it.so i decided to mortgage about 30 acres and the house. i found out they only mortgaged about 28 to 29 acres and the house or the ground that the house is on is not mortgaged. so i have to 5 acreas the house is sitting on and 8 acres across the road that isn't mortgaged what are the laws in the state of ohio? what rights do i have? thank you
