my wife and I are seperating and she's moving to virginia. we have a house in pennsylvania we reside in thats in her name. She has a mortgage on it that is not assumable. Is there a was to transfer the mortgage and deed to the house to my name without her selling it to me....would like to keep the house but not in a position to get a new mortgage with a downpayment. She's willing to put the house in my name without getting anything out of it..
