I wanted some advise on the best way to handle my situation. I pay the mortgage on the house I'm currently living in. However, the home is in my relative's name. The relative and I would like to turn the property over to my name, but according to a branch loan officer from our lending bank says I don't have sufficient income. The relative recently suggested we do a short sale. Please help me to go about this the best possible way and how to go about it!!!
