I have some property (3.7acres) that is not in the best location and I'm finding it hard to find a buyer. The lot property is wooded and has a small creek running along the back border.The problem is that the front is blocked by two other properties. There is enough room between the two properties to allow access to my property. I welcome any advice that can help me find some potential buyers. Property is located in Inman, SC.

Your best bet is to hire a real estate agent who specializes in Inman SC real estate and has experience selling vacant land. If the property is priced competitively, a fairly compensated agent who really knows the area and has excellent marketing abilities will gnerally be the best person to get your property sold.
