I just sold my condo. The buyers bank is asking my assoc for needed information to approve the building for the loan. The information neede is a simple Questionnaire completed by the assoc., copy of the current budget and a copy of the master insurance. Most should be at hand. It has been two weeks since this information has been requested. I have been calling the assoc every other or third day and they keep promising tomorrow and giving me so excuse. I need to sell this condo I have bought another place and can not afford two mortages much longer....please advice
