SUMMER HOME PROPERTY TAXES

Hello my name is Candace Manish, I am a US citizen. I own a home and a lot of property next door on Deer Island New brunswick, that was given to me through my grandmother who has passed away. I was wondering if you could help me with a contact number for someone that could tell me if the properties are divided as two seperates or as a whole, As far as i know it should be teo serepate pieces of property. One should just be a lot with a grage on it and the other should be the lot with the house...
